It works in manual mode without a subscription. You can adjust speed and incline manually via the touchscreen. While you lose the global streaming workouts and auto-adjusting features, the machine remains a fully functional, high-performance treadmill for manual use.
Q: How do I fix a frozen screen or software glitch on this model?
Locate the pinhole reset button on the side of the console. Insert a paperclip, hold it down, and have someone flip the power switch on. Continue holding until the "system recovery" message appears. This is the standard fix for "bricked" screens or failed firmware updates.
Q: Can I move the treadmill easily once it is assembled?
While it has wheels and a SpaceSaver folding design with EasyLift assist, the unit weighs roughly 329 lbs. It is "portable" on flat, hard surfaces, but moving it between floors or across thick carpet is very difficult and usually requires two people to prevent tipping or frame strain.
Q: What should I do if the treadmill incline is stuck or inaccurate?
You need to perform an incline calibration. Go to "Settings," then "Maintenance," and select "Calibrate Incline." The machine will cycle through its full range of motion from -3% to 12% to reset the sensors. Ensure no objects are under the deck before starting this process.

Freight Shipping Defined:  If you are Beyond 40 miles from Downers Grove IL, the below applies to you.

A)The fitness machine if used will ship fully assembled.
B) The two options we utilize for this is a)LTL (Less than or b)private carrier via Uship.com.

a) LTL via semi freight company, it will ship and be delivered CURBSIDE on a pallet at your residence, it is NOT brought in your home.  Please have people there on site to help you move the machine in your home, as the typical weight range of a cardio machine is 200-400 pounds.
b) Uship.com allows us to higher private transport, in this case it will not ship on a pallet and be delivered by an individual we hire through that site.  Also curbside delivery, please have people there on site to help you move the machine in your home, as the typical weight range of a cardio machine is 200-400 pounds.. 

Allow 1-3 Weeks for the hiring and arranging of transport, the product will leave the warehouse in about that timeframe.
