"15 Day Guarantee" means Fitness Parts Repair LLC DBA as Hydra Fitness Exchange is liable for any repairs or service (Including parts and labor) after the machine is received by you at our warehouse or after the delivery date.  For cost efficiency, we reserve the right to use used parts in the event we need to repair your machine up to the standard/condition that lead you to the original purchase.   If the item cannot be repaired or repaired at a reasonable cost we reserve the right to offer you a "like" product exchange.  A "like" machine will be a machine similar in quality and price.  If you decide to return the machine, for any reason, you will receive a full refund on the product, LESS ANY AND ALL LABOR EXPENSES  that relate to the original delivery and the pickup of the rejected item.  Under no circumstance will we "absorb" these labor expenses on a return with no exchange.

Upon receipt of the fitness machine you will have  100% Parts and Labor Cover through our 15 Day Guarantee. "15 Day Guarantee" means Fitness Parts Repair LLC DBA as Hydra Fitness Exchange is liable for any repairs or service (Including parts and labor) after the machine is received by you at our warehouse or after the delivery date.  For cost efficiency, we reserve the right to use used parts in the event we need to repair your machine up to the standard/condition that lead you to the original purchase.   If the item cannot be repaired or repaired at a reasonable cost we reserve the right to offer you a "like" product exchange.  A "like" machine will be a machine similar in quality and price.  If you decide to return the machine, for any reason, you will receive a full refund on the product, LESS ANY AND ALL LABOR EXPENSES  that relate to the original delivery and the pickup of the rejected item.  Under no circumstance will we "absorb" these labor expenses on a return with no exchange.

Why the copay?  We've had customers abuse service requests in the past, calling out techs for little clicks and ticks, we absorbed Trip charge and labor expenses that equated to on average $185 per visit.  The $50 copay PER service request, tells us how serious the problem is with only a fractiona financial commitment on your part..
